“Hanaleiʻi” is a coined word derived from the place name

Hanalei on Kauai island.

Hanalei means “crescent”.

Our restaurant name “Hanaleiʻi” symbolizes 

“We will strive for success until becoming 

the full moon …”.

We serve the same quality soba, tempura as  

i-naba Honolulu and also Teppanyaki.

Please enjoy them while relaxing in a spacious space.

We opened on December 17th, 2020.

i-naba Hanalei’i is proud to introduce Chef Nobuhiro Kobayashi to our group. Chef Kobayashi is bringing his craft of culinary skills built as the Head Chef at prestigious hotels like, Hotel Emisia Tokyo Tachikawa and Shin Yokohama Kokusai Hotel Chef Kobayashi will become an integral part of our Teppan dining, and we look forward to our guests experiencing his wonderfully crafted presentation. But wait, there’s more!

i-naba Hanalei’i Honoluluは、この度株式会社ボンドクリエイションと提携し、 Hotel The Knot Yokohama(Smoke Door  Restaurant)より、総料理長として今まで国際ホテル立川グランドホテル、新横浜国際ホテル等で料理長として研鑽を積まれたシェフ小林信博氏を稲葉グループにお迎えし、さらに充実した鉄板焼きの店としてグレードアップした店を目指すことになりました。

We are very happy to welcome back our Sushi Chef Yoshitaka Hoshimaru. Chef Hoshimaru spent the last 6 years away from Hawaii working at our Michelin Star restaurant Sushi I-naba in Los Angeles, CA and will be heading our private Omakase sushi experience at Hanalei’i. There’s a lot happening at i-naba Hanalei’i and we hope everyone is excited to see what our new and old faces bring to your table.

2年連続でミシェランスター店に選ばれました LA稲葉本店より、長い経験を持つ寿司シェフ寳子丸(ほうしまる)嘉孝氏を6年ぶりにホノルル店へ帰任させ、北海道の魚介に特化した本格「鮨いなば」をHanalei’i個室に新たにスタートしました。「鉄板焼き、鮨」、i-naba Hanalei’i店へのお越しをお待ちしております。
